I collaborated with a seasoned retail specialist to create a Global Retail Playbook, providing comprehensive guidelines for showcasing and promoting Skullcandy merchandise across all stores. The playbook ensured alignment with the company’s brand standards while optimizing sales for both parties. It covered store setup, location, interior and exterior signage, product displays, and teardown procedures. Additionally, an Event Playbook was developed for U.S. pop-up events, offering detailed guidelines for trailers, tents, banners, flags, and displays to ensure consistent and effective brand presentation. Cross functional collaboration with multiple individuals within Skullcandy and external contractors to deliver the finished product.

Event Playbook
The playbook functioned as a comprehensive visual guide for event setups, offering detailed layouts and clear instructions to ensure brand consistency. It included custom-designed artwork and templates, enabling event managers to effectively showcase the brand and create engaging, on-brand experiences at every activation.
